The first step in this process is to deter­mine the spe­cif­ic explo­sion pro­tec­tion require­ments for your device. This can be done using a check­list sim­i­lar to those used in test reports by cer­ti­fi­ca­tion bod­ies.
If desired, I will pro­vide you with a com­plete report clear­ly out­lin­ing which mod­i­fi­ca­tions are nec­es­sary to make your device intrin­si­cal­ly safe.

 

Once the require­ments have been defined, I sup­port you in devel­op­ing the explo­sion pro­tec­tion con­cept and design­ing the safe­ty cir­cuits. You can ben­e­fit from my many years of expe­ri­ence in the field of intrin­sic safe­ty.

I assist with com­po­nent dimen­sion­ing as well as the plan­ning and ver­i­fi­ca­tion of cir­cuit lay­outs. With a back­ground in elec­tron­ics devel­op­ment, I also have in-depth exper­tise in design­ing print­ed cir­cuit boards (PCBs).

A cru­cial part of the approval process is the doc­u­men­ta­tion. I can car­ry out a detailed review of your doc­u­ments and pro­vide any miss­ing cal­cu­la­tions or descrip­tions as need­ed.
